What an inviting town..

Dani flew through the sky, her arms spread out joyfully as she took in the sights of Amity Park, content to just stay up here for a while. With Danny coming out about his being Danny Phantom, she could do this without fearing that she'd get captured by Vlad, who was last seen in space, or any ghost hunters, like Danny's parents. They were concerned, and more than a tad infuriated when they met her and learned that she was a clone of Danny's, but they warmed up to her easily and she was almost part of the family now. She flew up higher, and spotted a cloud.

With a cheerful giggle, she flew forward and through the cloud, getting a little damp in the process. But it was worth it to see and feel the cloud and its cottony looks. She really ought to do this more often! She turned, hovering on her back and crossed her arms underneath her head, relaxing in mid-air.

"Dani! Dinner time!" She heard a voice from down below call. It sounded like Danny's mom. Dani was kinda hungry, but she wanted to stay up here, just a little bit longer. She waved her hand in the vague direction the voice had come from.

"Be down in a few seconds, Mrs. Fenton!" Even though they were like family, it still felt awkward to call her 'mom' and Jack 'dad'. Especially Jack...she closed her eyes and spread her arms out in a sweeping motion, as if she was swimming, and continued floating around on her back, not noticing that her surroundings suddenly had changed. This was not Amity Park..

After a few more seconds of floating in mid air, Dani opened her eyes and began to descent to the ground, so focused that it wasn't until she landed that she noticed that things look..different. "What..." She gaped as she looked around. This wasn't Amity Park at all! She saw someone nearby and she floated over, forgetting to shift into human or walk, and tugged in the figure's sleeve. "Uh Sir, can you tell me where I am? I think I'm lost.."

The figure turned to face her...but there was no face to look into. No eyes, no nose, no mouth. Nothing at all. Dani shrieked and propelled herself backwards, frightened. The figure turned back around, as if it never noticed her at all, and she quickly took shelter inside a nearby abandoned shop. She hid herself under a table, looking around fearfully. She had no idea where she was. She had no idea what was going on.
