Are you bringing a location? (explain/describe):Jekyll's house/lab. It is a rather nice Victorian styled house in the 'good part' of London. The basement is used as a lab.
The town was buzzing with the news of the murders. Hyde could see them whispering amongst themselves terrified. They did have one thing right, he thought. Scotland Yard had no skill whatsoever. The day that they would have him hanged would be the day it rained in hell. He wiped his cane on his tattered cape and went on his way humming an odd little tune to himself. He should be getting back soon lest he transform. Maybe...on the other hand he didn't have to worry about Jekyll. The man would never admit what his project had done.
Besides , Hyde thought. Why should Henry be upset? They were foul hypocrites after all (to say nothing of the bishop.). They deserved what they had gotten. Every single one (especially the bishop). It may take him years but he would rid the world of all its filthy hypocrites. It gave him joy to see the little worms fret over who was next.
"Who will be next" Hmm that was something to ponder. The only ones left on the board were Simon Stride (how satisfying it would be to finally silence the pretentious fool) and Sir Danvers. At that Hyde suddenly felt a foreign stab of panic. "Of course." He sneered "The father of Henry's lovely soon-to be bride. It would be simply awful if something happened to him."
As Hyde thought about how he would carry out those murders (Danvers would be last of course) he started to notice that his surroundings were rather unfamiliar. Well he was taking the long way home. But he was certain he had never seen such buildings in his life. Curious ,curious. He found his home next to a house he hadn't been there before. He recalled a sign that he had passed reading 'Basingsport' . That didn't sound like any part of London.
"Basingsport, eh?" Hyde rasped.
